18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)For the sake of anonymity I won’t mention any names… The agent arrived late and didn’t notify me until 15 mins after the schedule time to let me know they will be a further 15-20 mins. They confirmed viewings for two properties and then only told us one was under offer when eventually showing up and claimed they notified us and that the email confirmation would reflect this… which it didn’t as it said we had two viewings. Then they told my wife to just forget about it rather rudely when she respectfully expressed her disappointment. They then accused me of not being serious when giving a genuine offer and proceeded to lecture me on the phone without giving me a proper chance to speak. I had to respectfully interrupt them to get a word in. It’s a shame really we have been looking for properties for over a year now and this was the first time we were exposed to this level of inconsideration.

As with any property you live in for years we had the usual set of issues, things occasionally breaking from wear and tear, the upstairs neighbours shower leaking one time etc, all were dealt with very quickly and professionally with great communication.

I really appreciated how he kept us informed the whole way and his great knowledge of the local market. It was genuinely a fantastic service. I would encourage anyone reading this review to give Property Express a try for their North London property needs.

14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Felt some disappointment of asking to ask for feedback eventually got this after asking twice Felt dissatisfied with one of the photos taken of my laundry on the washing line it was removed when I asked Prehaps photos should be shown first before put on line to the seller to see Also I never did receive my contract for the selling
