15th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.
13th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I’ll recommend Trading Places to anyone looking out to rent or buy. My process renting was easier than I ever imagined. In few days, I got a place that’s 100% my taste. Clean and well maintained property. Big Thanks to Karen for efforts during the viewings & documentation process. Referencing was swift and easy via the Platform used. Viewing and moving in was less than 2 weeks. Shout out to Lauren for taking out time despite tight schedule for Day 1 briefing. No doubt my wife & I will have a sweet tenure in the apartment. Thanks to Trading Places.

28th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would prefer to have given them 0/5 had there been an option. Avoid like the plague! This firm is utterly appalling. I rented my property through them fully let and managed. I signed their contract, which they then failed to carry out and breached a number of terms and conditions, by not completing set tasks that they were paid to do. They caused me a huge financial loss because of numerous administrative errors, that a child would make. There is a real lack of care and attention to detail, they only care about themselves not their clients. They are dishonest and untrustworthy, cowboys in the trade. I would strongly advise you don’t use them, save yourself wasted time, effort and distress. I have complained to the Ombudsman about their behaviour and how they conduct their business, it is wholly unacceptable. Please use an alternative firm and save yourself the brother. I was highly dissatisfied.

We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed. The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale. I would highly reccomend them

The property and listed within a day with the listing showing the property to a high standard. Any problems the tenants have in the property Jack is quick to come to a solution and informing myself quickly.

From the first meeting I was assured they shared my values of transparency and fairness and I was thrilled by the support I received. They worked doggedly, getting dozens of viewings for the property to ensure I reached the value I needed to achieve. At every point in the process, the communication has been exemplary. As a first time seller, I feel they really understood how to balance the personal and the professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
