5th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)House sold at almost asking price within two weeks of being at the market. We had valuations from three other agents who seriously undervalued the house (between £150,000-£75,000 less than it went for!). We are so glad we went with Hanptons and sold quickly at a price we were happy with.- 6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I moved to London for a year for my Master's program and was unable to fly there before to tour a flat. I was able to schedule a video tour of a flat with Karim, who kindly walked me through the entire place, answered my questions and showed me around the neighborhood. I can now say after my year of living in the flat that Karim, Daisy, and the entire HomeFullstop team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my tenancy. Every time I had an issue they were there to come check it out and get it fixed as soon as possible. I have heard stories of people in London dealing with really bad landlords and having lots of trouble, so I felt very lucky because the HomeFullstop team was great. Definitely recommend renting with them if you are moving to London!

15th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)I am really happy with my tenancy with Queens Park. They have been helpful throughout. I had to terminate my contract halfway and they supported me through that. Even through the period I lived in the apartment, they provided me with necessary help with the equipment required in the house. I really appreciate their help and would recommend others to take their services.

27th May 2016 (8 years ago)I had a great experience with John D Wood & Co. while on the hunt for a property to rent in Clapham. Jessica Richards was my point of contact, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the get-go! She listened to our requirements and sent through property options that met our needs. She was also really great at following up with us after viewings to get our feedback, which enabled her to tailor her search for us even more effectively. Despite the fact we ended up finding a property through a different agency, I would highly recommend John D Wood & Co. to anyone!

25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.
6th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.
5th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
