7th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

21st Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Only sales method was drop the price 3 times £25K each time eventually found some one to buy but could not close the deal. I offered them the oportunity to work with another agent but personal issues got in the way. Finaly rid of them and hopefully moving forward with our new agent
