1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Phillips Shaw was great. Although we never rented a property from them, we were very close to doing so until we found a better property elsewhere that was more suitable for our needs. Andra and Shyam are very coordinated and polite, taking matters very professionally. Even though we started the referencing process and had to cancel near our start date, they were happy to refund half the money as a goodwill gesture. Andra was one of the only estate agents who took our request seriously and listened to our current family situation, finding a very suitable home, although we ultimately found a better match elsewhere. She was also extremely polite and I have not seen better service from an agent anywhere else. The attention to detail was unexpected and they know their stuff very well! Regardless, the service was amicable, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. They are very truthful people. Therefore, I highly recommend them. They’re also very easygoing, and you can ask for special requests which they will be happy to cater to. Although I don’t rent from them, I recommend them for anyone to use. Sorry about not going through with the rental agreement however I am confident you guys will find suitable tenants quickly seeing you guys are great at what you do. They work fast! Regards, Asch

From the very beginning, Lucy demonstrated professionalism, expertise and a genuine concern regarding my choice of property. Lucy’s knowledge of the local area was impressive and she took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. Throughout the process, both Lucy and James were always available to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the transaction. They handled the negotiations with skill and ensured I got the best deal. Post the sale, James followed up to make sure everything was in order and that I was satisfied with my purchase. 7th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)I want to express my gratitude to your team, especially Matthew, Hayden, and Ben, for helping me find a place that I am extremely satisfied with. From the start, when Matthew first contacted me, I shared my frustration about being repeatedly rejected after making offers, even though I had clearly stated that I had pets. It was evident that previous agents hadn’t paid close attention to my needs, as I specifically needed a landlord who was pet-friendly. This wasted a lot of my time and energy, and I was feeling a bit discouraged. Matthew, however, truly listened to my concerns. He quickly responded with a unit that was guaranteed to accept pets and arranged for a viewing. Knowing I had a long journey to get there, he was flexible enough to send me a video tour of the property first, allowing me to confirm my interest before making the trip. This saved me a lot of time. Hayden from the team then took me for an in-person viewing, and I was immediately satisfied with the place and decided to make an offer. Hayden efficiently handled the negotiations, and we quickly reached an agreement that both sides were happy with, allowing me to move in with peace of mind. Another thing I truly appreciate is the seamless coordination within the entire team. While we were handling the paperwork, Hayden happened to be on leave, but Matthew stepped in to cover for him. Matthew continued assisting me with the rental process, so I didn’t have to wait for Hayden to return. This flexible approach to work really stood out to me. I hope the head office recognizes the strength of this team—perhaps a reward is in order, haha! Ben was responsible for the payment process, and he was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire payment procedure. I am very thankful for the team’s professionalism, patience, and flexibility in handling my case. I highly recommend them! ????
