1st Apr 2026 (3 days ago)We’d like to thank AVJ Homes for their great support in selling our property on Cathcart Road. Their online system was genuinely impressive, especially the real-time feedback after viewings something we hadn’t come across with other agents. On the first day alone, they arranged 12 viewings, and we were getting feedback almost straight away after each one. After speaking with the agent, we decided to go ahead with a closing date, and everything was managed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. What really stood out was how open and communicative they were. We could see all updates on the iPad system, so we never had to chase for information. It also felt like we were properly involved in the process and decisions, rather than being told what to do which has definitely not always been our experience with other agents.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. We chose Kelly Residential over other estate agents because their marketing approach was truly first-class and the pride they take as a family run business made our sale feel like their own personal investment. What impressed us most was Frasers personable manner, the genuine care he showed throughout and his extensive knowledge of the local property market. He was available 7 days a week to answer any questions and providing clear communication and regular updates at every stage. The service was exceptional and he could not have done more to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
