I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

Call backs and emails were responded to really promptly and no question was left unanswered. She took her time to cover every aspect of a first time purchase for me, made the experience as stress free as possible.
30th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Countrywide in Paisley were fabulous when selling my property recently. A very well-oiled machine taking all the stress, hassle and confusion away. From the initial meeting with Christopher to the viewing bookings, call-backs and negotiations handled by Megan and the team in the office, Rocha & Melissa, nothing phased them. The marketing of the property was beyond my expectations, 20 viewings generated over 4 days, 12 in the first 24 hours, and all viewings handled by Countrywide's own experienced viewings team - really couldn't ask for more! From my experience I really can't recommend Countrywide highly enough, very efficient, professional, reassuring and focused on maximising the sale opportunity. Definitely a safe pair of hands! Thank you.

3rd May 2024 (6 days ago)Took time off work to view a flat, had paid for a taxi to get there just to be told they had the wrong keys so would have done another the day, didn’t even apologise. I texted the agent about when it would be possible to reschedule and only then did he apologise. I emailed the agency and they haven’t bothered to respond. It’s just an absolute muck about

26th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Sold me a house, then no follow up. House fell through and was made homeless no call to see what had happened? Removed the advert on Rightmove that was on before and just re added the house to Rightmove like it had been added new. Said on the phone that their job is to sell the house and nothing more. Feel like re adding a house to Rightmove is pulling the wool over people's eyes. Why remove it in the first place if it was never completed. Kept saying things often go wrong with paperwork on new builds but then refused to answer when I asked when building would be complete as that is not their job. I feel it would be morally wrong for someone to end up in our situation again but Hames just said their job is just to sell houses. So obviously screw the aftercare unless your the seller.

21st Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the quality of the service provided by Pacitti Jones, Shawlands. Their surveyor who met us at the property was very professional, gave us excellent advice about works to enhance the presentation of the property. The sales brochure/ website was well presented and the admin staff were all very friendly and kept us well informed.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Craig and Lisa are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful the service they provide is 2nd to none, they kept in constant touch with us throughout absolute brilliant service and brilliant people thank you so much.
10th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Stefan at Batchelor estate agents was highly recommended to us from a friend of a friend to sell my house. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Stefan was very professional. As it was our first time selling he was clear and patient at explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and ensured that we were treated like a priority. He went out his way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from photographing, advertising my home, organising the home report and arranging viewings. He excelled at every step. His after sale help was also to the highest standard, explaining what happened next and answering any further questions. We would definitely use Stefan in the future if ever selling again and recommend him to anyone who is selling their home. He made what could have been a stressful difficult time very enjoyable.

Lesley came out to see us the next day after enquiring and explained everything in a very professional manner. Our sold sold within days and I believe this was due to Lesley's dedication for the job. If I was ever selling another home I would 100% choose Lesley , she is amazing.
