   I have interacted with a lot of Estate/Letting Agents in Cardiff and Moginie James have been brilliant. They have been really good at responding quickly to enquiries, really helpful with lots of information and regularly check in to keep me up to date. All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. I was shown around by Zac in the Pontcanna office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible....     Very bad experience. Seller Accepted offer. My mortgage broker was working on it. Received call from Nina estates saying seller declined my offer after 5 days. I spoke to David same day in the morning saying give me 24hrs I will provide mortgage in principal. Same day evening time received call from David seller declined offer. Very disappointing....
