   Do not do business with this people. They tried to scam me £350 from my deposit for cleaning fees. Upon asking for a receipt (both me and deposit scheme) they sent a 3 years ago date receipt. Then they ghosted me. Also they tried to go behind me telling the deposit scheme I did agree to give them that amount. Luckily deposit scheme gave me all my money back. Such a dishonest company....     Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to.     Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did......
