9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Came in the wild overvaluation to secure the property, then kept us to reduce the value by 25,000 within four weeks then a further 25,000 in another four weeks as part of the boxing day sale did us very good viewings offers the second and third we had However communication has been less than des, leaving my son who used to be estate agent to do most of the viewings and communicating with the purchaser

15th May 2024 (4 days ago)After sending my feedback directly to Palmer Snell over a week ago and as expected not receiving a response, i will now post here. My partner and I decided to both sell our flats to hopefully buy somewhere together. As two first time sellers, we have had an awful experience with Palmer Snell. Please see the reasons below we decided to take both properties off the market with Palmer Snell and list with a different agent. - From the first viewing onwards, we have had loo to constantly chase for feedback for days and days after the viewings. This was frustrating from the get-go, especially with the difficulty of getting through to the office. On some days, I called hourly to try and actually get through to someone. I dread to think how difficult it would be to try and arrange a viewing. -On multiple occasions, it would take weeks to get a response to texts or emails despite multiple follow-up emails and voicemails. This started once we had signed a contract; before signing the contracts, we would get responses within hours, which never quite sat right with us. - At one point, a potential buyer asked questions regarding the lease, which I provided the same day to Palmer Snell. When I called to ask about this potential buyer a week later, I was told the agent had been too busy to read the lease and asked if I could do it instead. At this point, the buyer was no longer interested. No apology for the lack of communication or incompetency was provided. It was a 'why don't you do yourself' approach. If we wanted to sell the properties ourselves, we wouldn't have hired an agent. -When we had valuations for both of our properties, we were told photographers would be attending. This was never arranged for my property despite chasing this up multiple times. Photos were taken on an iPhone, which would not have been a problem if we were not told differently prior to signing a contract. -We were also told our listing would be premium listings - it took multiple emails and calls to actually get this to happen which we found really unprofessional. -Throughout, there has just been an overall lack of contact - every update from pre and post-sale we have needed to chase for ourselves. There was no initiative to help the sale through or to provide any form of reassurance. As first-time sellers, this is something we really struggled with, and the whole process has lacked any form of personal touch or consideration and ultimately just been made as stressful as possible. We now have a complete lack of confidence that Palmer Snell has been doing everything possible to help with the sale. To be entirely honest, I would have resented making payment if the sale were to have continued, as it would be for a service that has only ever involved opening the front door around five times, nothing more. We both had a really good impression after meeting Michael and Connor at the valuations and are really shocked at how we have been treated. The silver-lining of our flats being marketed elsewhere is that we will not have to make payment to Palmer Snell but to an agent who is willing to do the work. On a side note, since listing the properties elsewhere within only a matter of weeks ago we now have an offer at full asking price, our experience with the new agent could not have been more different.

Rio dealt with all my queries without any hesitation. Overall I would recommend Connells Southbourne to all my friends and colleagues.
30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)We had been searching for a second home on the Poole area for sometime . We contacted tailor made to see a property we were interested in . Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

We didn’t understand how it worked in the UK. Also we didn’t speak English well and were afraid to miss some pitfalls. But Sammy and Emma were incredibly supportive from start to finish our rental term. Strongly recommend Mays. Thank you, ladies.

They have helped me a lot over the years, and nothing is too much trouble. They have an office in Westbourne where my properry is located and provided good advice on the sales price I could achieve. In a difficult market the property was finally sold after 10 months on the market. May's remained professional throughout and did all they could to promote the property

Every member of the Team delivers exceptional customer care with every aspect of my contract from marketing, Tenancy checks, renewals, rental statements, inspections & Tenants’ call outs. They are fantastic communicators, deal with all actions in a timely manner & they manage my Tenants & me with consideration & care. Thacker & Revitt have worked hard to develop a sublime list of Preferred Suppliers to handle any call outs. They clearly ensure that everyone on their list prices the jobs fairly. All call outs are attended to swiftly & carried out to a high standard. I particularly like the fact that Thacker & Revitt use mostly local, family run businesses for call outs & maintenance jobs. I highly recommend Thacker & Revitt property needs be they Sales or Rentals…best decision I ever made!

11th May 2024 (8 days ago)My experience with Michael from Quay Living was truly awful. He was managing the property on a tenant find basis meaning he just had to find tenants for the most horrendous property I have ever lived in, and then be on his way. He lied to me or failed to mention important information on more than one occasion including stating the boiler of the property was combi or that it was functioning well (and then tried to gaslight me on a technicality). We moved out of the flat 2 months after we had moved in because I was finding it unbearable to live there.

Her dealings with me were professional and kind. I totally trusted Tracy to do the sale of my property. She was referred to me by a friend who had only positive things to say about her.
