Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.

I have dealt with sales (Jamie) and lettings (Peter) - both are equally responsive, professional, polite and straightforward (a rare pearl in the property world)! They always take time to do a highly thorough and professional job. I have referred Maskells to friends and colleagues and the feedback has always reflected my own experience. They stand out head and shoulders about the competition!

Lev was friendly and helpful, ensuring we could view the property as needed, helping us to agree the offer, and working with us through the contracts process to ensure a smooth and quick sale. He proactively reached out to make sure we had the information we needed and that we were comfortable with next steps in the process. Lev also worked with the seller to make sure we had the materials we needed to move through contracts and into taking possession of the home. It was a surprisingly easy experience, in good part down to Lev's thoughtfulness and thoroughness. Thank you!

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
14th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
2nd Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have been calling lots of agents for my flat search. This was the only one that answered the phone and without any care for my query just said "send an email" and then hung up. Very rude
16th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

12th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)After an awful experience of SPENCERS trying (but failing) to sell my home I decided to try Hunters instead. Hunters turned out to be great, especially Louise. They managed to find a buyer for my home within the first week of it being listed (it makes you wonder what Spencer’s were doing). Needless to say I was more than happy to have decided to use Hunters and Louise was brilliant in keeping me informed and updated. Thanks again ????

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Our experience couldn’t have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.
