18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)For the sake of anonymity I won’t mention any names… The agent arrived late and didn’t notify me until 15 mins after the schedule time to let me know they will be a further 15-20 mins. They confirmed viewings for two properties and then only told us one was under offer when eventually showing up and claimed they notified us and that the email confirmation would reflect this… which it didn’t as it said we had two viewings. Then they told my wife to just forget about it rather rudely when she respectfully expressed her disappointment. They then accused me of not being serious when giving a genuine offer and proceeded to lecture me on the phone without giving me a proper chance to speak. I had to respectfully interrupt them to get a word in. It’s a shame really we have been looking for properties for over a year now and this was the first time we were exposed to this level of inconsideration.

30th Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)I think this is my first ever review and it’s because I found my dream flat in Kensington via Benham and Reeves! I’ve dealt with many real estate agencies in London and I can say that Roo the branch manager is by far the best agent I’ve met. He is not only great at his job but is a genuinely kind and ethical person. Would definitely recommend to my friends!
17th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)**WARNING** DO NOT USE As others have noted, Marilyn starts off fine, but then becomes increasing more difficult to get a hold of for any basic communications regarding the flat. We moved out when our lease was up and were told by Marilyn that we would have our deposit back within 10 days. It's now been over a month and we have sent numerous emails, texts and phone calls about the return of our deposit and no responses at all.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 20th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

5th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)My experience with Messila Residential was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I rented an apartment through them in Mayfair for over a year, and throughout my tenancy, their service was extremely poor. They tried to overcharge me for cleaning, despite the fact that I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. To make matters worse, they place bedding in the apartment before renting it out long-term, just so they can later charge for the cleaning and ironing of bedding that wasn't even necessary. It’s clearly a scam designed to take as much as possible from your deposit. I had to go through the dispute service to get my deposit back, as their charges were completely unjustified. If you're dealing with them, I strongly advise against accepting any of their fake charges. Use the deposit protection scheme, raise a case, and provide evidence that you left the property in good condition. Messila Residential is running a scam business, and I would never recommend them to anyone. BE AWARE!

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
