We just can recommend working with him.- 6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I moved to London for a year for my Master's program and was unable to fly there before to tour a flat. I was able to schedule a video tour of a flat with Karim, who kindly walked me through the entire place, answered my questions and showed me around the neighborhood. I can now say after my year of living in the flat that Karim, Daisy, and the entire HomeFullstop team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my tenancy. Every time I had an issue they were there to come check it out and get it fixed as soon as possible. I have heard stories of people in London dealing with really bad landlords and having lots of trouble, so I felt very lucky because the HomeFullstop team was great. Definitely recommend renting with them if you are moving to London!

7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Nothing but problems with patrick notaro ,we agreed a fee then halfway through he added an extra £880 to the cost saying he had made a mistake with the calculation , two weeks later he asked my husband out on a date ,we have been married 8 years totally bizarre.
4th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Over the years, Lurot Brand have always been nothing short of excellent in our experience, both with their Sales & Lettings departments. Dealing recently with Frankie Dickens from their Lettings team, she was absolutely wonderful - most helpful and efficient. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. If most other estate agents would only be like Lurot Brand, property transactions would be much smoother and less stressful. Thank you Frankie !

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.

15th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!
11th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)Wow, I don’t think words are enough to describe the Jenkins team, they have been managing my property for a couple of years now, they are always there when I need them and very quick to resolve any issues for my property. Would highly recommend anyone look to sell or rent , the Jenkins team is you agent to appoint.
7th Jan 2016 (8 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.
11th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Rude staff. Drug addicts are regularly using our private garden to take and deal drugs. There solution is not to move the bench they use or secure the access to the garden but to put up a sign. Avoid buying or renting a property managed by this company.
1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
