5th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

16th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Me and my girlfriend have been renting via Hyde Park Agencies for the last 3 years, and can only say good things about them. Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.
27th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)From the moment we met Viraj we knew he was amazing. Viraj was very communicative and responsive. He answered all our questions before our renting period within seconds, and we had a lot of them ;) He even measured things in the house so we could order furniture to get it delivered at the day of move in. I can not recommend Viraj and Rickman enough. He went beyond to help us out.

6th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)(Translated by Google) The last time I was there was Christmas Eve 2019, it was full of people, many were giving their last gifts and others were buying food for Christmas day. Besides the tourists who wanted to visit the shops, there were also many English people and it was hard to breathe how many people there were. Harrods is a place to visit in London, but only if you have already been and have nothing to visit, I would never recommend it as a stop on your first trip to London. The place is lovely, it is true, but it is also very expensive and always crowded so you don't have time to enjoy the true beauty of Harrods (Original) L'ultima volta che ci sono stata era la vigilia di Natale 2019, era pieno di gente, molti stavano facendo gli ultimi regali e altri compravano il cibo per il giorno di Natale. Oltre ai turisti che volevano visitare i negozi, c'erano anche molti inglesi e si faceva fatica a respirare da quanta gente c'era. Harrods è un luogo da visitare a Londra, ma solo se si è già stati e non si ha nulla da visitare, non lo consiglierei mai come tappa da fare nel primo viaggio a Londra. Il posto è incantevole, è vero, ma è anche molto costoso e sempre affollato quindi non si fa in tempo a gustarsi la bellezza vera di Harrods
18th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

16th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Be careful - was scammed on deposit 8 years ago, during my first year living in London. Was asked to transfer it to their bank account instead of DPS. Had to take court action after that. Most of the reviews you see are fake. Unethical and greedy owner, don’t trust a single word.- 2nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I was a photographer hired to take pictures of a property. The staff was very helpful and patient.
10th Jul 2020 (4 years ago)My impression on London real estate property agents changed a lot thanks to this agency. Most of the London agencies are so busy and not too patient with the people who do not have lots of budget to make decision- this was what i thought before i met Liv international people. Anastasia was super friendly and nice lady that I wish I could even be friend with. Even if I had so many requirements with tight budget looking for a one bed room flat in St. john's wood area, (I assume there are lots of high profile clients with big budget as I felt from the attitude of other agencies that I had viewings before), she and her team was very friendly and patient trying to find me the place to call home. I very much appreciate their effort and kindness. Wishing Anastasia and her friendly team all the best luck during this difficult time! thank you :)
2nd Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)Terrible Terrible Service! This company's performance is utterly disappointing, providing a service that can only be described as a complete joke. They oversee the management of the residential block where I reside, and we've endured the absence of both hot water and heating for nearly a month, precisely during a period of freezing temperatures and incessant rain. Their attempt to address the issue involved dispatching what seemed to be inexperienced plumbers who failed to provide any viable solutions. Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls seeking information and a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, the individual Ivvone, who answered my calls, displayed a dismissive attitude, as if she were doing me a favor by even hearing my concerns. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I persistently requested to speak with a manager and lodged a formal complaint via email. Regrettably, my efforts were met with silence—no response or call from anyone in authority within the company. The overall experience has been a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and a blatant lack of accountability. I've decided to escalate the issue against them even further. However, I believe it's essential for others to be aware of my experience and to steer clear of them whenever possible.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Highly recommended to any homeowner looking to become a landlord.

Unfortunately the sale which he had engineered eventually fell through due to the ill-health of the Buyer - and my brother's flat was subsequently sold by another agent. However he remained in touch and he also lined me up with a first-rate Solicitor whom I would also recommend.
