Great communication, proactive viewings, a friendly, supportive team during a very difficult time for my family, Issac has been amazing handling a difficult situation prior to us agreeing a sale professionally and with a great deal of understanding towards my concerns. He knows his clients well and has shown empathy to my difficult circumstances. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough and I am hugely grateful for their support.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We predominately dealt with Shelly at the Frome branch through the process of buying and selling our house. Over the last 18 months Shelly has been pretty much the only agent in town who has bothered to keep me up to date with what was coming on the market etc. Not only did we sell through C&T but when it came to purchasing (also through them) they really worked hard to make the deal work for everyone. A very positive experience.- 8th May 2024 (11 days ago)Claire at Davies and Davies in Westbury has been so patient and supportive throughout the sale of my Mum's flat. We have had challenges and set backs along the way but Claire has seen us through it all, being completely honest and knowledgeable about the best way forward. Couldn't be happier with the service we have had and would recommend Davies and Davies 100% and would definitely use their services again. Thank you to all for a successful outcome.

24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)For rentals - beyond shocking. Will never use again. Actual lost my contract, simple repairs take months, exceptionally rude office staff - Melissa is god awful. In 20 yrs renting have never be so badly and unprofessionally treated.

They respond promptly and communicate professionally to ensure whatever queries you may have are adequately dealt with. They remain on hand to help even after you move! A company with a warm, friendly and professional bunch! A true joy to work with.- 6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Waste of money, after paying the financial advisor fee and the solicitors fee, you are not kept up to date with details of the property you are looking to buy, unless you chase for it,misleading information that one is on leave, when the other say they are off sick, do not waste your money, over a £1000 wasted, for being a life time client, keep your useless membership card! All is client satisfaction until you pay all the fees???? No updates regarding other available properties, a total scam !! Reviews on trust pilot do not lie for sure!! I do not often leave reviews, but thought others should think twice before wasting their money! Thank you for your service, hope others do not get the same!

Sam has been absolutely fantastic. The service he has given us has been spot on, reacting with speed to information received and being very clear with the next steps. He has also put our minds to rest at numerous stages throughout the often stressful process which was invaluable. The use of the WhatsApp group has been fast, efficient and perfect for us all to receive information at the same time. Brilliant idea! 12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've spoken to several members of the team whilst renting for over a year now. I am so impressed with how friendly, helpful and dedicated they all are. It really makes a difference knowing you are looked after with any issues being resolved quickly and with obvious care for tenants with them. Although the same can be said for all members of staff I have spoken to, a special mention to Abi (or Abbie!) who I have mainly spoken to. Thank you Wrights Residential Team!
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
