6th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)shocking service! - a salesperson no-show for a double viewing left us standing at the meeting point until we eventually had to phone Hawks. Someone remotely took the call but had no idea how to investigate/solve the problem. She offered to give me the salesman’s mobile number so WE could chase him up! When I suggested perhaps she could investigate, we then received a call from an annoyed, arrogant male who was clearly put out at having to deal with a colleague’s mistake. We were told the salesman had been unavailable for the day due to personal circumstances. Our meeting was for 5pm. He, nor anyone else from the company had thought to pick his appointments up and cancel. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.
3rd Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Word of warning to those considering renting through GoView -- don't do it! We have just ended a year-long litigation process with this estate agency following the end of our tenancy. For many years we rented through GoView. When we didn't have to deal with their property management team, we were quite content. However, things went sour when a property we rented was managed by the GoView and not the landlord directly. The team was unresponsive, belligerent, and dishonest. We experienced numerous issues throughout our tenancy, from mice in the flat to no heating for a month (during winter) to broken white goods that went unrepaired. Not to mention the lack of respect for our privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, verbal attacks, and unchecked aggression. Fortunately, we knew our rights (and the law) and refused to give in to their bullying tactics. Overall, a terrible experience that could have been avoided if GoView employed an ounce of professionalism and morality.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

23rd Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)Dealt with Charley , the purchase was complicated but Charley dealt with every issue and problem in a very efficient and professional manner. She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
