7th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)I came from work and some horrendous retired cleaner made up story I pushed her. Together with agents they behave and work like some Brazilian tribe.And than some mentally enslaved on spectrum flatmate want to throw away my post.

They are very helpful with recommendations for service providers. Help us with suggestions for movers, cleaners, gardeners etc. Have a request and they are happy to help. Especially Kira, she is so lovely and helpful. Love their service and will always use them.

5th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.
5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it

13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can’t even express properly my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Move Inn Estate Agents. Our experience as tenants was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. We consistently encountered delays and negligence in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. Rent payments were always made on time, yet we were repeatedly harassed for late payments. The property we rented was in a deplorable state of repair. Despite numerous requests, the agency consistently failed to address urgent maintenance issues. We were forced to rectify most problems ourselves, including electrical faults that posed a serious risk to our family's safety. Had we not taken swift action, the consequences could have been catastrophic. They always laid the blame on the landlord stating the repairs are not done by the landlord. Upon checking with the landlord we found out the landlord was never intimated about any issues. Upon vacating the property, we were astonished to discover that they made fraudulent deductions from our deposit claiming £500 for “putting a new sink because the original one had scratches”. Their claims were entirely baseless, and their refusal to respond to our emails in a timely manner added insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. Their disregard for tenant welfare was unacceptable. I’ve attached some of the comms on the reviews for everyone to see how badly organised they are.
5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
