13th May 2020 (4 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

21st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)TENANTS BEWARE OF SCAM ...! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT.. During the process of getting a property to rent from b&k estates.As usual I went to see the property and I like it then paid a holding deposit. Sana or Ana asked me bunch of documents for reference and I provided all of them. I paid my deposit and they still listing the property..! By law they have to use money protection schemes but they DON`T use. When I asked them to refund my deposit back they were quiet. They Haven`t refund my deposit yet. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENT..!

I 100% recommend him as TBH selling a flat can be really tricky, he navigated the sale and it's "Difficult" bits like a true pro!! He managed to negotiate me a higher than expected sale price and I'm so grateful for his work! Also it felt throughout I was in safe hands, which is REALLY important! Thanks David! Alex :) IF you are selling a house or flat I can't recommend enough!!

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We found Prez and the team at IDM Property Management to be very helpful and responsive to email communications. The porters were particularly good and an excellent addition to a well managed development.

1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a very good experience with Vesper. The whole process, from apartment purchase, preparation for my arrival, along with BNO visa-related matters, were all handled very well by Selene. She is efficient and responsive, and is always willing to provide suggestions that are tailored to my specific situation or needs. On my arrival, her Manchester colleague, Chris, was also very helpful with his local knowledge and experience, which helped with my adjustment to a mew environment. I would highly recommend Vesper.

She was a real breath of fresh air, her approach was very kind and courteous. Her knowledge of the area and the market was very impressive. We really felt we could trust Sophie, which was really important to us. We would highly recommend SLM Property, they are a lovely and professional team. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Our contact point was Matthew Eastment who was wonderfully patient through a rather difficult sale and always available whenever we had questions. Matthew was excellent in terms of communication and getting the sales through to completion. A very professional but friendly estate agent. I would highly recommend and would use Ewe Move again if it was required.
8th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Vito made a promise of getting it sold in 6 months and thats what he did. True gent and true to his word! Just completed on a flat that took just under 4years. 3 1/2 with other time wasting agents and 6months straight up with Daniel Madden. After having so many bad experiences with other estate agents Vito and Alice came onto the scene and saved us. We had 2 buyers pull out on us due to the other estate agents incompetence. After moving agents and getting the worst of a service we paid up front Vito swung in and saved us. They are so professional. Got the property on the market fast and easy. Then literally the next couple of weeks had loads of people looking around with 5 different offers. More than the rest had ever put in. Alice then came on the scene and both of them together is like a dream team. They are both amazing and just seriously have that human touch. Understanding of where we are at and where we are going. Listening to our needs and full going through with the sale. I've had it where sales take so long that the agent gets bored and just wants it to go away. With Vito and Alice, the enthusiasm was there to get the deal done and to make sure that both parties were happy. There was a few times when they had to smooth things over. They did it so professionally, with empathy and beautifully. I really can't thank them enough. They are amazing! True professionals and I highly recommend them 100%.
