Throughout my year-long tenancy, they've been incredibly responsive and proactive, especially with maintenance issues. The entire team, with a special mention to the maintenance staff, has been consistently professional and helpful. Karen, who conducts quarterly inspections, deserves a special mention for her delightful demeanor and respectful approach. She always takes the time to chat and catch up, which I truly appreciate. My time in this flat has been wonderful, thanks in large part to the dedicated team at Dawsons. I couldn't be more grateful for their contribution to making my tenancy here so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
8th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

Daf was extremely professional, friendly and communicative throughout the process. Janine kept us up to date and answered all the questions we had promptly and thoroughly. We were well supported throughout the sale and would recommend Smiths to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Thank you again.- 6th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)After a long time with another agent and countless errors, we moved to Dawsons Sketty branch. Alison, Sharon and all the team there actively marketed our house (which we found out from the eventual buyers who we met on the second viewing had no interest whatsoever at first) they however fell in love with the property and made an offer 30 minutes after the first viewing. Selina then took over in sales progression and it was plain sailing to completion in 9 weeks. I have sold plenty of properties and I know there is always an element of luck in any sale, but the guys at Sketty Dawsons certainly helped the luck come our way.
15th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Conveyancers are bad, but the biggest problem with home buying and selling in the UK are estate agents, and Peter Alan - Swansea branch are a huge testament to this. Poor communication, drive over 300 miles and stayed a night over to view a property then got a 'phone call' on the morning of the viewing. The phone call mysteriously didn't come thorugh, but rest assured, it "...is showing it went through on our systems" They sent me so many messages and requests to confirm the viewing days before the viewing, why not do the same with people staying at the property...? Also being literally forced to 'qualify' my offer, was also I think boderline illegal trade practie, because it wasn't really qualifying, (sending through bank statements/ID/decision in Principle is perfectly legitamate) no, what this was, is forcing upon me their in-house mortgage broker, I suppose for the fee's they would get Terrible indictment of the estate agent trade
12th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Avoid if you are a seller.....In my case... A complete lack of customer care and service. Several emails not responded to. No reduction in fees for overpricing. Its not the value of the property that is the issue it was their tactics to secure my custom. Over valuing properties without local knowledge of the area they are advertising in (in my case). No offer of explanation or apology. Due to complete next week. Personally wouldn't sell through this branch in the future. Props to Michelle for being a lovely lady to deal with on the few occasions I have spoke to her.- 7th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Dawsons branch in Morriston have been extremely helpful in finding me a property. When out viewing with Liz she mentioned a property they had just taken on board. Andrea immediately arranged for me to view before it was marketed as she knew it suited my requirements. I hope for a successful completion soon. Very please with the service received. Thank you

They were supportive, knowledgable and competent quickly able to provide someone to do an EPC for me and suggesting an excellent surveyor. I highly recommend this Estate Agent to make your move as stress-free as it can be.

They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! 18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
