I have never seen a realtor who cared more for her clients. I would recommend everyone work with her if you are looking for a house with Abbotts. 12th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)The most helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. The sale of my house proved to be a little emotional at times and with it being the first house I have sold, I was completely clueless. The staff at WHBrown sold my house with 1 month of it going on the market at a time of year I have always been told can be difficult to sell. They supported me through-out, kept me up to date and informed at all times giving me solid advise that helped me along the way. They have consistently been there for questions if I needed them too. John and Hannah have always been extremely helpful and helped us steer the selling and buying course which can be a rocky journey. 20th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Rented through william h browns dereham when I left the property the landlords no longer would deal with browns for the new tenants due to poor organisation of new tenants, then trying to get my deposit back to be told wrong information twice of what was required of me, provided what they asked for then never heard back for over a week so contacted again to be told I needed something different this time provided within the hour and never heard back to any emails no confirmation nothing just ignored and recieved money in my account 5 days later such poor communication wouldn't deal with them to buy my new home, useless
9th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Be careful with your deposit. This company is very sneaky and will take at least half of it for 'cleaning' and minor damage which should come under wear and tear if you're an occupant of the house/flat for a certain period of time. They WILL NOT take this into account which is illegal. They will also avoid or defer discussions on the matter to other companies like DPS which makes it harder to claim your deposit back. They will also ignore black mould in a bathroom, even when asked to do something about it, and were slow to reply (weeks) on anything financial. Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and thieving.

25th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely Shocking, they ask you for personal Details to decide wether your good enough to view one of their properties and then they tell you the viewings are fully booked. How come there are many agents that don’t ask this information before a viewing?- 8th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Excellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.

Since my first enquiry, Callum has been exceptionally helpfull going through each process until the property was secured, and continues to be just an email away in the event of any issues. My experience with Lawsons Estate Agents has been nothing but positive and I am truly grateful for everything they done for me.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
12th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

I will be clear, that I am a buyer, however Molly and Andy, but especially Molly has been absolutely with advice about selling ny property, far better than my contracted sellers. I would TOTALLY recommend them!!! Can't say anything more positive
8th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)We used Molyneux Estate Agents to buy our first property and they were brilliant from start to finish. I found other estate agents would pester you and just worry about the sale, but Molyneux and Tom in particular were different. They were very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly, whilst putting your needs first. I would highly recommend using Molyneux in the future to anyone looking to purchase a property.
