29th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you
1st May 2024 (18 days ago)We recently sold our house with Homeworks through recommendations from many other people. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Every single member of the team have been fantastic throughout. They were thorough, understanding of our circumstances, caring, on the ball, more than helpful with recommending electricians for checks etc. What we felt would be an incredibly difficult time, was made all the easier by the team…it was seamless and all sold without hiccups. They were thoughtful, polite always and updated us the whole way through with news and deadlines etc. Honestly can’t thank the team enough for all they have done for us and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

We arranged a viewing that day and had an interested buyer within 24 hours. They then helped manage the chain, keep it to time and help ensure we completed on schedule. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
