24th May 2023 (1 year ago)Brookbank’s agent was very helpful with his comments and advice. We would have no problem making. them ‘sole agent’ if we put the house up for sale in the future.
27th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I found that the feed back from the Agents was none existence regarding what the persons or personnel thought of the property after a visit and to me there seemed that there were too many cancellation visits or other excuses as to why from 3 people wanting to view the property to only one turning up.

26th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)On valuation day as Jo was leaving she said "I will sell your house" and my goodness me 4 weeks later she did. We had been with another local agent and had not heard anything from them for weeks no contact and no viewings. Went on with Jo and the team and wow within a few days the phone was ringing with viewings. A couple of offers forwarded ( one had to sell) and bingo we were sold. After sales simply excellent kept updated throughout. Ayshea and Kirstie were brilliant cannot fault them one bit. Well done |Jo and the team well done Boutique Property Shop.
