Whilst we are not ready to go on the market just yet due to circumstances, Katie has kept in touch with us constantly and completely understands our situation. I will definitely be in contact with Katie at the Maidstone branch as soon as we are able to move forward. Everything has been made so much easier by having these guys on our side
27th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)I found that the feed back from the Agents was none existence regarding what the persons or personnel thought of the property after a visit and to me there seemed that there were too many cancellation visits or other excuses as to why from 3 people wanting to view the property to only one turning up.

He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.
