18th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)The Communication is key for me...and they have managed to do that very well, always informed as to what's happening, who's viewing and when (with reminders), getting a response quickly (typically well within a day and often by phone), easy to access.
19th May 2021 (3 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.

29th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)Living one of their flat in plaistow 554A flatC barking Road Since I started living here we have faced water leaks from ceiling and been politely telling to fix it. There answers were always yea yea we’ll sort it Here after nearly 2 years still not fixed Which is forcing me to take them to the court My wife is pregnant and we are living in a nightmare now, because it’s getting worse and worse. And anyway their maintenance guy who never shows up either When rain we are unable to sleep due to the rain water leaking like crazy and wet floors Politeness and respect is dead for them. Disaster management honestly they have no soul in their body All they care about is money like they will take it to their grave.

1st May 2023 (1 year ago)Robinson Marsh initially proposed £748 of deposit deductions two months after we moved out after loads of chasing. We had to go through deposits protection scheme ‘MyDeposits’ who had 2 star reviews for always siding with agencies. Even with the biased protection scheme they lowered the deductions to £295 (saving us £453) despite not reviewing 90% of our evidence properly. They solely used the check-out inventory as evidence despite our entire argument being we submitted extra photos of stained carpets & other damages at check in which never got included. The agency deliberately used a different check-out company to the one who did the check-in and so when they did their check-out report they had none of our additional photos & check-in evidence.) Other problems included: - Agency illegally trying to kick us out with one month notice despite the contract saying two months had to be given. They eventually backtracked on this. - Agency not fixing any of the problems we asked them to fix in at check-in including blocked drains which they then went on to try and charge us for at check-out despite us putting up with one working sink all year. - Zero communication once moving out. Ignoring hundreds of calls and emails asking about our deposit. - Illegally the agency never actually put our deposit in the protection scheme and had to transfer them the money only post us moving out with lots of chasing.

19th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Would highly recommend they are really quick, knowledgeable and professional and friendly and they really know their stuff and have so much knowledge of the local area. They advertised our flat for the right price and were so quick to sort out viewings.

They have always been very good, efficient and great value.- 2nd Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)I dont recommend this agency, unprofessional they give us an appointement with the wrong adress and left us waiting in the cold they didnt even answer the phone or responce to our messages

E.g. supporting a potential buyer’s plan to rent our house for 12 months & remodel large parts of the house as they saw fit, before commirtting to buy the house! Slightly underhand attitude didn’t inspire us with trust or confidence.

16th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Took a chance on Madison Fox after receiving their direct marketing. Chose them to rent out and manage my rental property. I am a very particular and pendantic customer and more than 6 months in I can say that they have been helpful and diligent and dealt with any concerns and complaints raised by me in a prompt and effective manner. Balinder Kaur in particular has been patient and always presented a 'can do' attitude. She and her team got my property on the market within less than a week and found me tenants and offers days later. The whole process of getting tenants vetted and in the property was really fast and the tenants have been great. Also dealt with licensing for the council when an issue arose. Balinder spent the weekend managing and resolving the issue successfully. Glad I took a chance on them!
