They were pro-active and stayed in regular touch. They were honest about valuation and the market and guided me through everything seamlessly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone at the firm was so good at their job, I felt safe and I felt informed at all stages of the process.

15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sky was amazing without her we would not have completed before Xmas. Our buyer was with the shambles that call themselves premier property lawyers!!! There systems were shut down and they have been a complete nightmare. Sky went over and above to contact them and the buyer almost daily. Meaning we didn't loose our onwards property of which we are so grateful. Jennie and Joe
23rd Aug 2024 (28 days ago)I first went to the Winkworth team to sell my property after being strung along by a typical high street agent. My property was on the market for 3-4 months, and after a chat with Charlie it was like night and day. Not only did he provide realistic valuations, a decent notice period and fees, but managing our expectations with honesty and real knowledge about the market in the area. After signing up, Simon took over the day to day sales of the property and after 2 weeks we had an offer, and today I’m happily living in my brand new home after selling for above listing value! Very very happy and highly recommend the team at Winkworth!

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

Nowhere did he tell me this property was already under offer which was frustrating, and he thought he could be a smart mouth and say I'm the one that rescheduled and tried to gaslight me. Quite disappointed in this kind of customer service, but its clear that this branch have no regard for others and deal with customers unprofessionally. Wouldn't recommend AT alll. smh.

John and his team understood the situation, and gave us a good valuation to work with. Logistically there were some issues at my end, but the right buyer was found, relatively quickly. The team were brilliant, and communicated well at every stage of the sale. These guys have so much local knowledge, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Thank you Dallas and partners.

Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

D & D are very understanding of the human side of a property transaction, this shines through their quick and effective communication and their sensitivity when delivering difficult news. D&D priced my house correctly and worked tirelessly to get the best offer possible. My sale wasn't the easiest through no fault of their own, however, they made a difficult process much easier to bear. If I ever had to move again I would choose them and I have recommended them to friends and neighbours.

Harriet and Debra were exceptional in all our dealings, their knowledge, experience and dedication were vital in securing a smooth process on our purchase and of course the sale for their clients! During the sale we overcame hurdles and issues that without them could have become overwhelming. A huge thanks to them both and their team ! We cannot recommend them highly enough .
