25th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Lamb and co Clacton-On-Sea took my property (which is Jointly owned) behind my back to market, did all the photos and valuations without my concent or acknowledgement, they had no idea the house had two vendors. (Didn't bother to do a land registry check!) I found out from cctv of the photographer taking photos of my house. They made my property live on rightmove before receiving my signed copy of concent. (I've emails to prove all of this) Was lied to by two directors one said he'd be attended the viewing the next claimed he never said that. They are awful and I'd avoid at all costs. Use another agent and avoid callum and Scott at lamb and co Clacton-On-Sea. would NOT recommend!!

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

15th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

Terms and information provided up front was really transparent and straightforward and communication has been spot on throughout. The online portal was also a useful tool to have access to. Overall, a very positive experience with Dacres Morley - would recommend to others.
5th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , they put me at ease from first contact . I was really impressed with the photographs and video that Jody made of the Property and I was kept updated throughout . I felt like I was in safe hands from start to finish and would highly recommend
