At a sensitive time after my mother had passed Grant and his team at Hamptons were fantastic. Professional at all times, Knowledgeable on where to value my mother‘s house in the current market and understanding of the issues surrounding probate. They help us proceed with confidence that we were in good hands through the process and when issues were raised as always is the case in a house sale Grant and the team dealt with In a sensitive and efficient manner. From the first visit the research, enthusiasm and effort he injected was head and shoulders above his peers. Throughout the whole sale process David has been communicative and generous with his time offering advice and being a sounding board for thoughts and direction. Genuinely felt valued. He has worked 7 days a week, often responding to emails outside of business hours in order to secure a sale. In a world of increasingly faceless customer service, chat bots and online portals, I thoroughly recommend and value Chandlers service, knowledge and personable interaction.

We rented from Glasgow so Sarah organised a view with our friends in London that video call us to show the property, When we arrive to the office with the van for the removal all was ready for us. I would recommend to anyone.

26th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost. Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim. Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)They agreed they have damaged our property against the contract. But never apologise to us & charging us for damaging our own peperty. On top of that they refused to compensate for the damage. They will might look sweet & professional in the beginning when they will ask you write a review about them. But, as soon as their work is done with you they will show their true colours. I strongly recommend to avoid them if you can.
