22nd Oct 2024 (14 days ago)I have been with this Estate Agent for 12 years that they have been managing the flat that I was renting. Tommy, who currently manages the property for my landlord, was always very helpful and always polite. And if anything needed doing in the property, he would always get it sorted. A very polite young man and very professional. We kept the flat in excellent condition and have had no issues in receiving The deposit back. So I’m pleased to say we had no issues with this Estate Agent very happy.

We were having issues with the very bottom of the chain but Paul Dunne went above and beyond to pull it together. There were times when we considered pulling out of the sale because it was becoming so stressful but Paul was brilliant, he took over liaising with all the parties involved and took the stress away from us. I can't thank Paul enough for making this happen so that we could move into our lovely new home. Thanks again Paul x

I initially dealt with Jessica Deal who was extremely helpful and informative whilst maintaining complete professionalism. 18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
