(8 reviews)5th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

Alia gave great explanations with detail and always kept in contact with important updates or if no updates to give just a quick message to say she was still there. Very polite and friendly and couldn’t fault her work, I would definitely reccomend ????

29th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I was exceptionally pleased with the service from Sanderson Young. All the staff I met with were friendly, professional, informative and efficient. Not being from the area, they were able to suggest an excellent solicitor to oversee my house purchase. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. My partner and I couldn't have wished for more.

2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Kept up to date easy to contact for questions and sorted out. Staff easy to get on with. Would use Rogersons again if l moved.
13th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I’ll recommend Trading Places to anyone looking out to rent or buy. My process renting was easier than I ever imagined. In few days, I got a place that’s 100% my taste. Clean and well maintained property. Big Thanks to Karen for efforts during the viewings & documentation process. Referencing was swift and easy via the Platform used. Viewing and moving in was less than 2 weeks. Shout out to Lauren for taking out time despite tight schedule for Day 1 briefing. No doubt my wife & I will have a sweet tenure in the apartment. Thanks to Trading Places.

We've been renting with Jack Harrison Estates for over a year now and I can't think of any negatives at all. 30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Tenants Avoid. We didn’t even make the end of our 1yr tenancy. Issues with damp in the property took ages to resolve, property was frozen during cost of living. No sympathy from anyone at HP, people who came to look at damp were rude and condescending. Genuinely made me wonder why I was paying rent if none of that money can be used to make properties habitable. If you’re smart enough to look at reviews before signing the tenancy, you’re smart enough to reconsider. Wish we had.

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)RA Jackson managed a property I had for many years. Originally my parents house, and with me living overseas I had no reason or need to check how things were going. Any work and annual certifications to gas heaters etc that were required they arranged after advising me of the need. The property looked like an elderly couple had been resident for a long time when we went in after it was vacated. No problem as it was time to clear the house to “empty shell” status. RA Jackson helped with that work, and they handled the sale to a new owner who will show it love in the form of a refurbishment.
