On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx

The solicitors who were assigned to our sale and purchase were efficient, constantly in contact with ourselves and the other solicitors involved. Thank you Gethin and team.- 9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone. From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.

They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ?????????????????? They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever come to sell in the future, I know where I’ll be coming. Thanks to all the team!- 18th May 2026 (27 days ago)After a not-so-great experience with another agent we decided to cut our losses and go with Lesley Hooks. Victoria came to value the house and I really rate her, she oozes competence. Selling our late parents' house was dealt with so professionally, we were amazed at the difference with this estate agent. The staff really know what they are doing. Yvonne was amazing at getting the right offers from potential buyers and Jake was highly able, efficient and reassuring through the process of selling. Whatever happened, the staff were immediately on it, they were so attentive. We are grateful to Claire and Rachel too.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent communication throughout- 30th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

- 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

The experience from Ben initially coming out to price it and then once the offer was accepted, Sophie progressing the sale was fantastic. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with totally professional but also lovely people. Our house was in great hands, thank you all so much I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
