She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx
10th May 2026 (14 days ago)Used Bradshaw to sell out house a few years ago. They advised on a sale price that in hindsight was too low. They also chased us for updates on behalf of the buyer daily, they get paid by us and should of been working for us! The constant nagging was very stressful and they antagonised the situation and didn’t manage pushy First time buyers expectations well at all about the process/ timescales. And we just viewed a house a few years later (in 2026) and arranged a viewing and the agent forgot to turn up. And then when called them and turned up late (obviously) and chased us up for feedback.. all I can say is not had a great experience with them multiple times so wouldn’t use again personally.- 19th May 2026 (5 days ago)I can't recommend highly enough - Deb was very helpful in progressing my purchase, and kept on top of the transaction to keep things moving

Would highly recommend.- 30th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

- 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

The experience from Ben initially coming out to price it and then once the offer was accepted, Sophie progressing the sale was fantastic. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with totally professional but also lovely people. Our house was in great hands, thank you all so much I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

She appeared the only one with any common sense in our chain, and was always bright and helpful on the phone. Dealing with other buyers and solicitors/estate agents in the chain was made so much easier having a human to talk to at the end of it! Would highly recommend ahead of the other estate agent in our chain.
