16th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.
8th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

21st Jul 2021 (3 years ago)We have dealt with Max Shelley at Bulleys and feel compelled to recommend Max and his team. Max has become a trusted advisor and is both responsive and professional. His knowledge of commercial property and the Black Country region in particular are of note.
12th May 2023 (1 year ago)Our first mistake was to be talked into using their in-house solicitors because "it would be more efficient and it would be easier to contact them to follow up queries". The buyers also used the same firm of solicitors. It took 4 months for them to sell the property from when the offer was accepted to when we actually exchanged contracts. This included almost a month to verify our identities because we had to use a portal that wasn't fit for purpose. As there was no upward chain and we were selling to first-time buyers it should have taken half this time. The photographs on the brochure were good but we had to edit the captions because of the number of errors in it. We had to conduct the viewings ourselves because staff were unavailable. The property wasn't displayed in the window, and when I asked why I was told that "no-one looks in the window!" After the property was on the market for 2 weeks, they wanted to lower the asking price. Some emails were sent in error - one regarding the sale of another property! Weeks would pass without any progress having been made. Communication was very poor (during this time the buyers had 3 different solicitors handling their purchase) and we were never sure that the buyers were still interested in purchasing the house. Even the day before we completed they were asking for documents verifying my husband's identity! The whole experience was very stressful and the delays proved costly to us. The service we received from AP Morgan was not worth the fee charged.

(3 reviews)31st Aug 2024 (19 days ago)We were buying our dream house through Andrew Grant in 2023 and they were selling ours as well, to supposedly make the process easier. I would never use or recommend Andrew Grant for either selling or buying property. Andrew Grant insisted on a £5000 reservation fee for the house we wanted to buy (more than the normal £3000). Andrew Grant then put the house (we thought we were buying) back on the market after just 4 months, but refused to give us our £5000 reservation fee back. At the same time they changed the wording across their website from “the property ‘will’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” to “the property ‘may’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” after the buyer pays the reservation fee. The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards will hopefully be involved. Buyers beware- do not leave a reservation fee with Andrew Grant! Any buyers or sellers considering using Andrew Grant should read their T&Cs very very carefully before entering into any agreement with them and keep all copies of any correspondence.

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .
