The photos that they took were exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable if you need to ask them any questions they always get back to you promptly. Would use them again if needed without hesitation.

13th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)I phoned Friday10th November and advised by the receptionist that someone would phone me back as the line was engaged. No one has phoned me back. Phoned 13th November and was put through to the department I left a voice message to be called back, no one has called me back. Phoned again at 2.55pm spoke to the receptionist Annabel and the persons line is engaged awaiting a call back
19th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Overall our experience with Martin and Co. was adequate. The market is obviously difficult at the moment so we decided to come off the market after 2 months. Martin and co. were quick to respond to emails but we didn’t provide a lot of feedback on viewings. They were no sale no fee so fine in terms of value for money.

Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
