29th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

He went the extra mile to be available, including out of office hours, and kept us fully informed from all parties involved in what turned out to be a tricky conveyance. Friendly, approachable, I would definitely use his services again in the future, as well as recommending him to family and friends.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Me and my partner bought our first home through Money Properties, all I can say is the whole team were fantastic. Our case manager Elise from the Attenborough branch was an absolute star, couldn't ask for a friendlier or helpful member of staff. The process lasted longer than expected due to solicitors delays but throughout the whole process Elise and the team were always there to help if I had any questions or queries (no matter how daft they seem now). I couldn't recommend them enough.

Having not heard back by the end of the working day, I followed up in the evening by completing a Rightmove enquiry form setting out our details and situation being a “ready to move” cash buyer with nothing to sell. Today is Tuesday and have heard nothing back from them. Missing a basic staple of customer care if they can’t get round to answering enquiries. Very poor. If we were looking to sell a property, we would not use W P.

He's always on time, he is great at showing all aspects of the property and is knowledgeable about the houses and areas. I've found Hammonds easy to deal with good communications and fast responses. Dan has a friendly personality and actually gives you space and time to look around.
23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

We arranged a viewing that day and had an interested buyer within 24 hours. They then helped manage the chain, keep it to time and help ensure we completed on schedule. 22nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)My wife and I attended a second viewing of a property that interested us a few days earlier. The young man, James Hodgson, who met us was on time, well dressed and very personable. During our visit he showed great maturity and offered a few usefull ideas supporting us in how we could personalise the property should we proceed further. We have made an offer, which has been accepted, and are moving forward. We have looked at many properties in our quest to satisfy our very specific requirements, and would say James was the most impressive we have met. A credit to himself and his company, Minors & Brady.
