Claire and Jessica worked with us closely and they were always, caring, considerate and thorough in all their interactions with us, often just calling to give us an update. We, and my Mum, cannot thank them enough. All the staff we worked with were great and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Their amazing approach contrasted sharply with our buying experience with a different Estate Agent in Ripon. Thank you so much Solo!
4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently used w h brown Harrogate to sell a relatives property and I have to say that the service was very good in general. We had been on the market with 2 other agents in Harrogate prior to browns dealing with the sale and had not had a great experience with either agent! So I was very specific in the service I wanted when instructing browns…. initially I dealt with the previous manager who was excellent but left the company prior to us agreeing a sale ….the new manager however Claire introduced herself and then handled the property negotiations at offer stage and chased the sale up, we completed approximately 9 weeks after agreeing the sale, she provided an excellent service.I was a manager of an estate agents for 25 years so know what makes a good agent and I can honestly recommend W H Brown Harrogate if you are looking to sell in the Harrogate area. 3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

2nd May 2024 (6 days ago)Matt Hendry @ Naish went above and beyond when helping me buy and sell my property. He achieved a great price for my house and went with me to viewings to provide support. The team at Naish kept me updated throughout the sales process to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Naish. 6th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Poor service from Karen, had an offer accepted with a seller and she put the house back on the market cause I was on holiday and I only spoke to her once in the week, in which I explained I was on holiday and would move forward when I returned. Will not be dealing with this estate agent again. Waste of time and effort.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

(22 reviews)9th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Please read the other 1star reviews. All accurate. Unless of course you enjoy paying someone £ks for doing nothing. Mark does literally the bare minimum to get paid i.e. list your property on right move and maybe email his database. I had to do all the viewings myself (despite asking prior and Williamsons saying they would do them), and chase for feedback. He went on holiday towards the start of our listing with them without telling us. They came to put the for sale sign up and put it facing IN to the garden. We turned it around ourselves. There was very little communication. He will blame the fact that my phone apparently didn't have a ring tone (although it rang and I always answered or called back) despite it being fine for everyone else. And despite it being the 21 century where things like text/WhatsApp/email etc exist. We didn't hear from him again after we accepted an offer, after 3 months I got in touch with them and asked if they could chase things and then it was Lynne who responded. We have still not heard a thing from Mark since. The only saving grace for this agent is Lynne in the office. Lovely and friendly and always willing to help but that was hugely overshadowed by the arrogance and neglect of Mark Williamson himself.

23rd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Paul at Bishops sold my Dads house on Bishopthorpe Road. We initially used another company but became quickly disillusioned by the fact that they would keep sending out estate agents for viewings and that knew nothing about the house or the area. We asked Paul to come and discuss his services he provided and was impressed by the fact he is a one-stop-shop. The house sold yesterday and we have been over the moon with the service provided. Throughout the process, Paul has stood by his word and was an amazing link between the purchaser and the two solicitors. He provided us with regular updates and was incredibly prompt in responding to our questions. Paul did all the viewings and was knowledgably about both the property and the area. My Dad and ourselves no longer live in York so Paul very kindly let the buyers into the property on numerous occasions along with builders, architects and interior designers. He was a pleasure to talk to and dealt with our queries in a very cheery manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and think his approach to selling houses was definitely the right one for my Dad.
