Terrible agency, an agent called Jeordie who had just come for a viewing while I wasn't at home, let the front door open, upon my arrival I also found the French window to the garden open, all the lights on and despite having explicitly requested to wear shoe covers or remove shoes have entered the house with shoes on.
I can only be very dissatisfied and not recommend this agency to anyone because the blame lies with the agent but also with her manager who probably didn't teach her how to work. Unfortunately just to leave this review I must put a star at least but I'm not giving any star to this agency.

Had a very good experience with Barnard Marcus, one of the letting agents Kate was very friendly and efficient in sorting out a house myself and my house mates wanted. She made the process much easier for myself and my housemates, and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend using both Kate and the company.

Jordy may be new to the Barnard Marcus crew but you wouldn't know. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and was always quick to respond. No request was out of the question no matter how much of a reach it may of seemed. Within 24 hours of seeing the property on Rightmove, she got our offer accepted by the landlord despite multiple other offers. It was a shame we got accepted so quickly because I would've loved to work with Jordy for longer!

She organized fantastic tenants and made things seamlessly easy for us which we really appreciate, it's not an easy thing to rent out your place from a distance. Thanks to this amazing team!????

Personally I find flat hunting awful & do not particularly like dealing with estate agents. I was looking to let & dealt with Harry at the Kennington office, he was lovely, friendly, genuinely seemed like he cared, showed initiative & always did what he said he was going to do.

After a dreadful letting experience with another South London-based estate agent and a subsequent eviction, it has been a relief to work with Sam Manley from the Kennington Barnard Marcus office. He possesses a wonderfully friendly manner and super proactive attitude, and worked hard on my behalf to help get my flat in Camberwell ready for a new let following the previous tenants leaving it in a mess. After a couple of weeks of marketing the property, he managed to close on a monthly rental figure £1,000 higher than the previous agent. Thanks so much for amazing work Sam! Highly recommend.
