Sian at Connells was an absolute gem throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and uncertainties, but Sian was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly every step of the way. Meeting and having a chat with her was a real delight.

Connells was the best decision we made! Not only did they manage to get our house on the market in a very short space of time but they also made it look amazing
Karen came out to value our house and straight from the off was friendly and professional. As the first house we have sold Karen explained everything perfectly and was very honest with costings and expectations. Karen said that they weren’t the cheapest on the market but they were the best at what they do! For me I knew I didn’t need to look any further and they delivered what they promised.
The house was sold for what we wanted from the first viewings within 6 days.
Ashton was managing all our viewings and account details and kept us in the loop the whole time. Ashton was crucial in the house completion being completed in a short time scale after just ten weeks and remained professional even with all my calls.
I cannot thank the team enough. I’ve recommended them to friends who are currently using them who are also very impressed.
If I ever move again I would definitely use them.

I would highly recommend Sian to help with your house purchase. As first time buyers she made the mortgage application feel effortless, finding us the best rate available and managing to fit an appointment in very last minute to help secure it. I'm glad I used this service and will be making use of it after the fixed term on my mortgage is up as I know she will once again find us the best rate :)

I was looking for a quick move and could not thank Catherine Reid enough, from answering the call and informing me about a property available to getting me in to view it so quick, she chased up everything in order to get it all sorted as fast as possible and now I’m looking forward to starting my next journey somewhere new, all the staff at Connells were so polite and understanding every time I had to pop into branch :)
