Absolute scammers! They said they would offer several services and made us pay upfront. As soon as they got the money went silent and didn’t provide none of the services stated. When confronting them their complaints team, staff and manager are avoiding us. Took a big amount of money for nothing you can do yourself for free. AVOID!!! Reply : When trying to complain I get ignored. I have raised my issues 4 times through different complaints services over the last month.

Pretty poor. Was supposed to have arranged a viewing for Tuesday just gone never materlised. Guess they are making too much money in retail sector. Media blames landlords for high rentals I think the spot light should be on agents who charge unnecessary fees to tenants every year.
