Absolutely terrible
We had our property on the market for a few months with these never again we had viewings and was told there was no feedback even tho there was as the viewers was friends of friends people phoning up and no answer no call backs very rude and un professional also people trying to book viewings and connels not answering phone and getting back to messages we eventually moved to skitts wednesbury alot better and sold with in weeks of moving to them.

Great experience with Connells, I’ve dealt directly with Matt, Jordan and Charlotte and all 3 were welcoming, informative and very friendly. It made the move feel so much more relaxed and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Branch run by kids. No respect for customer. Was asked to leave premises as they had viewing to attend even tho I'd got questions about a property I was buying. Don't return phonecalls. Make out that you have to use thier mortgage advisors and solicitors.

Communication is key when putting your property on the market, unfortunately this was lacking in my experience, I didn't have a great customer jorney, so I took my business elsewhere. *Avoid this branch*

We recently purchased a property and sought independent advice from Joni the Mortgage Services Consultant. She was friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. She worked very hard to keep on top of all the paper work and was always glad to help. She had an open door policy and always had the answer to everything. Great job Joni, thank you!

I have bought the second property from Connells. Everyone was amazing and excellent communication with Jess as always. She always goes extra mile to make experience smooth. I will always recommend Jess as she understands your needs and support appropriately. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations this second time and nothing was too much trouble when help was needed. Success buy as a result! Other mentions including Nichola and Navneet as well as Ross the boss, all are very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for buying from Connells but the only down side is solicitors; have your own solicitors as the one they use is neither professional nor budget friendly.
