10th May 2024 (9 days ago)Absolute scammers! They said they would offer several services and made us pay upfront. As soon as they got the money went silent and didn’t provide none of the services stated. When confronting them their complaints team, staff and manager are avoiding us. Took a big amount of money for nothing you can do yourself for free. AVOID!!! Reply : When trying to complain I get ignored. I have raised my issues 4 times through different complaints services over the last month.

There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.- 17th May 2024 (2 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the the service at Connells West Bromwich, constantly having to chase up, not helpful at all and when I would call the agents seemed very flat and uninterested. The property I was interested in had some quite complex issues, I had to find everything out myself with absolutely no help, then when I would ask to speak to a manager he was on holiday ... Just a mess. I will never use connells West Bromwich again.
18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

And Paul who did the viewings was fantastic also . As a whole they are all a credit to the company . I would Highly recommend this branch if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.
