We haven't moved house for over 25 years so we were pretty much bumbling buffoons when it came to "all that estate agent stuff". Hadn't quite realised just how much they did and in particular, the bullseye we scored opting for Hamptons. They were bang in the middle of "sensibly priced" too. For nearly 12 months, Abi and Natalie have been watching over us, gently nudging us into the right decisions but also being an iron fist in a velvet glove when we needed it. Genuinely sad to have sold and moved as it means the action-packed WhatsApp pings from Abi and crew have all but gone. If you're thinking, dithering, wondering which estate agent to go for, Hamptons. Thanks Abi!

We looked at over 15 properties around MH/EF and Poppy at Hamptons was pretty much the only agent we met who i) knew the places she was showing and had some useful information about them, ii) actually listened to what we were looking for, and iii) had some personal knowledge of living in the area. If we had somewhere to sell, I'd get her to do it.

Having been under offer for a while they went out of their way to show us as many properties as they could, even those off market. It was this proactive approach that helped us find our perfect home in record time - as well as guiding us through the sale to enable a quick exchange. We were impressed by Natalie and her team at Hamptons from the very beginning and her and Abi could not have worked harder in selling our house in Muswell Hill. The house was under offer and then contracts exchanged very quickly and this was mainly due to Nathalie and Ali's quick thinking and work ethic to getting the sale through for us.
We constantly felt they were aiming for the best for us as their clients and despite the usual hiccups we could not be more pleased with the sale of our house.
Highly recommend them and thank you for all your efforts!

I imagine that there are always a few problems that arise during the course of a property sale. We encountered a number of these in our recent transaction. In part this was because we were not geographically close to the property to be sold, and in addition we were resident in a different legal jurisdiction.
I can't think how we would have coped without the assistance of the staff at Hamptons, and in particular Natalie and Abi who acted for us. We were able to deal with all the difficulties with their assistance.They were at all time amiable, pleasant and cheerful. but at the same time professional, knowledgeable and capable, Furthermore, and most usefully for us, they visited the property and facilitated surveys when we were not able to do so.
