Been looking for a maisonette on the Grange farm estate for a good while now,,The estate agent Millie Clarke has been amazing ,,kept calling me to let me know she was still looking out for seller's in the area !! The first time I ever used Bairstow eves and the young lady Lauren Quinton came and gave me a valuation for 216 Portland street new houghton and she gave me such good advice in such a professional manner and the rest of the staff are excellent customers service skills when ever I called the office all so happy to help

We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe.
Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her.
The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy.
Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days.

I sold my house recently through Bairstow Eves. I was very impressed by Maxines in depth knowledge of the area and her pricing turned out to be spot on as I had a good offer immediately after the house went on the market! The team were very efficient and reassuring during what turned out to be a surprisingly smooth process and I would particularly mention Dianne who was very easy and helpful to deal with. Highly recommended.
