Jacqueline Morgan was our move manager with Darlows in Pontypridd and she kept us up to date with every little detail and was always so helpful. I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :)
Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy.
Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

Went to 5 estate agents initially but chose to commission Darlows after a confident pitch from their lead agent. We doubted the valuation but were assured due diligence had been conducted, so we went with their expertise.
Within 2 weeks, the person we had been dealing with left and we were asked to reduce the price by £25k. Photographs were poor and we had to have a second set created.
For the 20 week period of the contract, we only had 1 viewing but the marketing report showed 2 as they counted the visit of the photographer being a visit.
The 1 viewing we had, the estate agent asked if the house was listed in front of the potential buyers, which showed à lack of market knowledge, which left us lacking any confidence moving forwards.
The 2nd person who acted as our contact has now left the branch and once our contract ends we’re looking to commission a new estate agent.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and sadly, we can’t recommend Darlows to anyone.

Fantastic service from all at Darlows Pontypridd. The team dealing with house viewings were great. I was kept up to date with feedback after each viewing.
Jackie was brilliant once we had a buyer she was our go to. She kept us and the buyers up to date. I cant thank Darlows enough they earned every penny of what we paid them.

Put house on the market with Darlows - had other estate agents to come as well but went with Darlows Pontypridd, whilst they are not the cheapest agent in my area they seem to have the most Sold signs and Hollie from Pontypridd branch came to the house, she is so enthusiastic and bubbly and had all the facts and figures and came so prepared - even though we were not 100 per cent committed to selling at that point she explained everything and was so patient, not rushing at all she left us with all the information in a lovely presentation file. We decided a few days later that we were going to sell and obviously called Hollie to book in photos, she came the same day to get us on the market within 24 hours - took great photos too, really pleased with everything so far - now they just need to sell it for us but we have had a good start and communication has been very good ??????

I would like to thank Hollie jones for our house valuation, Hollie was very thorough on her way around the house, also Hollie was understanding of our circumstances, also Hollie explained everything that was needed and she also asked if there was anything she could do for us to help at all .I totally recommend Hollie Jones ,and hopefully be speaking to her about our property in the near future. Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
