5th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Ryan has been brilliant, completing our valuation and introducing Oakmans. He was friendly and knowledgeable and promoted the agents without being pushy. We felt very listened to for what we wanted from the agents. Jai and Harry were brilliant at organising viewings and keeping in contact. We sold in 7 days for just under the asking price, we couldn't ask for a better result. I believe their social media and photography influenced the sale reaching the correct buyers so quickly.

13th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)I selected Wentworth & Rose as the Estate Agent to handle the sale of a property in Birmingham for a client living in the USA. The client was pleased with the choice. The vendor found Wentworth & Rose to be exceptionally professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the local area. The sale was completed within 7 months and the vendor achieved a slightly lower selling price.

2nd Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.
1st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Maxine from Gordon Jones helped us to find our dream home recently and I cannot fault the service we have had from her. Most properties we viewed, the estate agent seemed to know very little about the property, where things were, what was under warranty and what wasn’t and typically they didn’t seem personable and just wanted the sale. Maxine is clearly someone who really cares about her job and genuinely answered every question about the property we had, from the warranty on the windows to the age of the boiler, she knew everything about this property. It really reassured us on the purchase and made us feel like we were in safe hands. It didn’t feel like we were dealing with a sales person but someone who cared about the seller and wanted to find the right buyer for them. Thank you Maxine for all of your help on our purchase and for your incredibly professional, responsive and reassuring approach. We are so appreciative!

Rice Chamberlains dealt with all the requests for viewing and attended the viewings themselves over two days, relieving us of the task. Within a week we had several offers, and Rice Chamberlains guided us through each one, enabling us to accept one.
7th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!
27th Aug 2024 (12 days ago)I was looking to let out my property. Spectra Property had my house on their website and all major rental websites within a week. Gurdip was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure my property met all the requirements and looked great for photo's and viewings.

4th Sep 2024 (4 days ago)I needed to list the property very quickly, Just Move were perfect for the job, as soon as I dropped the keys off to them, they took the property pictures the same day. And the next day the property was listed on the relevant websites. With each viewing booked, I was notified and given an update not long after the viewing.
4th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)We were extremely interested in one of their commercial properties and immediately made an offer. To speed up the process, we asked if they had a partner law firm or a recommended one, believing this would help secure the property quickly. Despite having our own trusted law firm, we decided to trust Siddall Jones and use their recommended lawyer. BIG MISTAKE. Despite numerous follow-ups from their recommended lawyer, the process dragged on endlessly. Ultimately, the seller withdrew our purchase and sold the property to another buyer! Throughout this entire ordeal, neither the lawyer nor Siddall Jones bothered to help us follow up or communicate with the landlord. As a result, we lost the chance to buy a prime property. The landlord’s reason for withdrawing was that they received another buyer's deposit, which we were ready and able to provide as well. But NO ONE from Siddall Jones communicated with the landlord to understand his requirements, leading to this loss. This fiasco cost us a prime property, wasted our time, and drained our money on mortgage applications and pre-purchase legal costs. Totally unacceptable! DO NOT TRUST this company. They do not care about their clients AT ALL.

From the viewing with Naomi, to then communicating with Blythe, Michelle and Naomi over phone and email. Thank you for a great experience :)
2nd Jul 2023 (1 year ago)The local knowledge was spot on which helped fix the price. The publicity produced 12 viewings and 6 offers within a week. The organisation of viewings and the communication to me of the outcomes was impressive. The property was sold within a week at £5K over the asking price.
31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
28th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

16th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)HH KNOW THE MARKET. Current sales stock is poor reflecting on vendors ejecting poor hmos first or those who have not invested in them for years and being let... No relection on HH infact I sympathise For us we are particularl hence a purchase may take a while
