27th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

22nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Kit wasn't even our estate agent (we bought a house sold by Kit) but I wanted to leave a review because he and the team were so brilliant. It was far from an easy process but Kit went above and beyond to respond to our questions, keep us informed and find solutions to problems that arose. He and Alastair were always honest, reassuring, professional and trustworthy. Because of Kit's experience and commitment to the local area we felt he really cared about the sale and about us, it's the perfect example of why it's always better to shop local and independent! My only regret is that we didn't use Kit to sell our house, and if we ever sell this one I wouldn't consider anyone other than Kit Johnson Residential.

Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and took the time to answer any of our questions, would definitely recommend.

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've never dealt with a more dishonest company. They valued my home years ago, at a low value which was fine. A lot of work had been done since then. When I actually went to them to list it, Ash came out to give an estimate. We agreed 375k with a view to get 350k. I went back and forth with Ian about getting pictures done. We arranged a time and they were a no show. With the level of work getting it prepared, what a disaster. I said you never showed up, and Ian was very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. He said we didn't have an appointment which I had confirmation in an email. I ignored that, we were done with them, and we went on with the company we were with. Fast forward 2 months, we're trying to get a deal done, and someone called them saying they were an investor looking at our property, and Stonebridge said they'd value it at 260k! Less then they had done years ago, and certainly less than the value Ash gave me when he visited our house recently. I can't even understand why they would give that information to a 3rd party, and certainly done out of spite as we did not give them the listing. They ruined the deal we had based on lies. Avoid at all cost!

We were guided through the entire process, including last minute challenges, with professionalism and with a smile. Great company to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Cost very competitive. Plan to use Nexa for all our requirements in the future.
