Extremely disappointed by the service Tyler’s have provided over the last year.
At first, it was a quick and easy process to move into the rental property. However, very quickly realised they do not have the tenants best interests at heart.
We have had several issues within the property, firstly, there are 2 beautiful large windows that have electric blinds, these have not worked since March, myself and my partner have chased numerous times for these to be fixed or to even be provided with an update, however have not been informed when these will be fixed by the lettings team, and more times then not, been completely ignored for months at a time when requesting updates. As these blinds cannot be opened, there was/is black mold growing, we have however managed to clean what we could, although it is not possible to reach the top unless provided with access equipment, this too has been flagged to Charley McMillan, to which, has still not been fixed (this was reported in May).
The next issue is a row of high rise light fixtures, this issue was reported a month ago, again no update of when anyone will even take a look at getting these fixed. This is particularly frustrating as these lights are in front of the blinds so therefore have no light in this area of the property, we should not have to use a torch to put our shoes on..
In the mean time, we have been advised our monthly rental income has been risen however the issues that are ongoing are not being replied to.
To conclude, I recommend you rent elsewhere as your requests will not be met.
