16th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Was a tenant with Homefinders for over 2.5 years. Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.
7th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!

29th May 2024 (15 weeks ago)I rented a property from Alan Goldin for two years and during my tenancy I was consistently impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the team there, in particular Tim who managed my particular property. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and appropriately, and they have continued their excellent standards even after my tenancy's end when I have needed things like a landlords' reference. I couldn't recommend them enough.

23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

There attitudete to safety in high rise bukldings is appalling,there staff are un qualified and the owner Taj is criminally neglegent time and time again! If you give him information he doesnt like or doesnt want to accept and repair he stops paying contractors! Appalling
13th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)444 helped us with our first home in London ( Startford). We lived in that house for 2 years. Move in and move out process was very smooth. Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.
21st May 2024 (16 weeks ago)Michael Stevens has been my landlord for the last 3 and half years. I can honestly say they have been the best, friendliest and positive estate agents I've dealt with. Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
14th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Put a property on the market/rightmove. Doesn't reply requests of viewing. I called them and they told me there was an open house the week before. I inquired twice before the open viewing date. I understand some properties are hot but if you can't handle the volume of inquiries then don't take on the sale! It's also possible they use this to gather personal information on people looking to buy. Will avoid at all costs.
29th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)We've had a great experience finding a rental property with Rooted Homes. Within 24 hours of viewing the property our lease was sorted and we were preparing for the move! Max responded to any questions we had quickly and helped us through the approval/signing process. Working with Max and Rooted Homes was a smooth process and I will definitely be recommending them to all of our UK based friends and family.
