23rd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

29th Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)Living one of their flat in plaistow 554A flatC barking Road Since I started living here we have faced water leaks from ceiling and been politely telling to fix it. There answers were always yea yea we’ll sort it Here after nearly 2 years still not fixed Which is forcing me to take them to the court My wife is pregnant and we are living in a nightmare now, because it’s getting worse and worse. And anyway their maintenance guy who never shows up either When rain we are unable to sleep due to the rain water leaking like crazy and wet floors Politeness and respect is dead for them. Disaster management honestly they have no soul in their body All they care about is money like they will take it to their grave.

2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

12th May 2023 (1 year ago)Are you guys like serious ? I was looking for something to rent and one lady was there willing to help talked with her nd been waiting since last 2-3 months. Recently changed my number tried contacting her and always there’s no answer but anyway that’s okay cause everyone will be occupied with work but then there’s one guy I don’t know his name but he was talking with on call and I was explaining him bout the case he was like” you can look for somewhere else” I said I’m okay to wait if there’s anything coming soon but he was so rude & his tone my godness how can someone speak with the client is such way. And when I said why you being rude to me he just hanged up call saying it’s better if I don’t talk with you ???? such a poor agent who don’t know how to communicate. God bless you!
21st Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)I was a bit disappointed with the advertising. The property was placed on Zoopla, but not on Rightmove as promised. When I enquired, I was told that there were technical issues but will soon be resolved. This did not happen and it was not advertised on Rightmove during the whole period. Additionally, I felt as if I needed to make contact with the agent first before any thing was actioned. For example, receiving paperwork, amendments to photos amendments to add wording etc. I would consider using Aston Fox again as I did like Matthew and his overall approach, however I found the rest of the staff lacking the same enthusiasm and ethos.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

16th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Took a chance on Madison Fox after receiving their direct marketing. Chose them to rent out and manage my rental property. I am a very particular and pendantic customer and more than 6 months in I can say that they have been helpful and diligent and dealt with any concerns and complaints raised by me in a prompt and effective manner. Balinder Kaur in particular has been patient and always presented a 'can do' attitude. She and her team got my property on the market within less than a week and found me tenants and offers days later. The whole process of getting tenants vetted and in the property was really fast and the tenants have been great. Also dealt with licensing for the council when an issue arose. Balinder spent the weekend managing and resolving the issue successfully. Glad I took a chance on them!
