3rd Jan 2024 (20 weeks ago)I received an exceptional service from Reeds Rains for my first house purchase. Chloe and the team kept me informed regularly and nothing was too much to ask. I often got a response the same week, if not the same day. I completed my house purchase with keys in hand exactly 10 weeks to the date of my offer being accepted, this meant I was able to enjoy Christmas in my new home and I sit here now humbled and happy. Thank you Reeds Rains for your efforts and consistency in making the process of my first house purchase a pleasant and memorable one for all of the right reasons. I will absolutely use them again should I need to in the future, and recommend highly to anyone considering.

I was kept up to date with milestone events in a timely fashion either by phone or email, i found Alison to be prompt and professional at all time. I would happily sell another propery with Richard Kendalls.

18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Today I completed on buying my first house with Georgina at William H Brown Crossgate. I highly recommend her. Honestly she is a big helper. I had no clue how to go about with the process but Georgina made sure to explain everything to me so I can understand. She was always there for me especially when I was stress. I am happy with the choice I made and the reason why I decided to go ahead with William H Brown Crossgate is because of my cousin who purchased her first house in 2021 and we both received an outstanding service with the team at Crossgate.

Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.
22nd Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Terrible experience! I was a tenant with them until November this year (2023). I moved a month ago for work (lost it when I did), found someone to takeover my tenancy, she did the deposit before I moved out, and I am still waiting for them to give it to me. The problem is their service and treatment towards me. I’ve been talking with the main manager, Alex, the account manager, and now a third person, for weeks (at least 12 times), through the phone and mails. My friend went to the office as well. I moved to another city and I am struggling financially to get my basic needs and they don’t event care, because keep saying they will sort it “tomorrow”. Today, 22nd of Dec, I called once more and another person answered and found out that the return of my deposit wasn’t even in process and promised me to start it. If I don’t get it, I will take legal measurements. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Very pleased with all crews involved. All were professional and friendly. They all cleaned up after them selves, and didn't have endless breaks for coffee/tea. Did a fantastic job knocking down walls and fitting the steel beam, plastering and decorating. Plumbing and gas/electrics all done to the same high standard. Matty was always able to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend. A very big thank you to Sam.
2nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????
