7th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Thank you to all of the team for a truly fantastic service in what was at the time a challenging market. We wish you all continued success!! Sarah and Joe

26th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Not only sis he give me advice on the sale of my property buy one I was purchasing having as well, which was above what he needed to do. James and David found a buyer quickly and it was the process from offer to completion is where they excelled even more. David outlined the time and and stages and would literally update me every week. He would contact all parties involved. He cut through anything irrelevant and just gave me the info I needed to know. Absolutely fantastic job. And really nice people

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Mark was highly responsive to emails, promptly addressed any issues in the flat, and was accomodating to any requests from our end. As both an estate agent and landlord, he made the rental process smooth, stress-free and very transparent. I would highly recommend Mark and this agency.
