9th Jun 2024 (21 weeks ago)Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.
10th May 2022 (2 years ago)I was incredibly disappointed = incredibly poor (and at times, it seemed, intentionally misleading) communication. Also, once the offer was accepted, they did a terrible job of following the process and making sure the buyer was on track, which caused significant delays and me almost losing my onwards sale. Oftentimes rude as well.
5th Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)Propertytime handled the sale of my flat in Finsbury Park. They were a pleasure to work with. Took great care of the flat when showing people around and were always there when i needed to speak about anything related to the sale. I would definitely use them again. 5 stars.
20th Sep 2019 (5 years ago)So many problems and issues with this agent, god knows why they are still trading . If you are a landlord, please avoid this agent at ALL COSTS if you are intending to let your property out. I have now moved my properties to another agent as Arlington estates had not paid me 3 months rent and in the end decided to move to another agent. Still, they have not given me the outstanding July rent ( its now September) and Amit, the owner is avoiding me. Don't know how to get the rent off this agent now? The tenants are also annoyed as well because they had paid the rent on time to Arlington and were surprised that Arlington have still not paid me. AVOID.

6th Aug 2024 (12 weeks ago)WORST AGENT EVER!!! They will scam you with rent increase every year! They are so unprofessional and never reply to emails or calls. I’ve had a rent increase every year for 3 years! >>> Greedy owners for money <<< SAVE YOURSELF FROM N16 ESTATE AGENCY! They will do bribery and black mail you if things don’t go their way. NOTE: I asked for some documents from them and was told that if I pay my rent increase, they will provide me with the documents. What a joke right? Keep yourself stress free and go with another agent :)

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.
