23rd Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

They seemed to have very good local knowledge and all the viewings we had seemed to have been wel picked and ultimately, we were under off within about 3 weeks so we were very pleased about that! They were easy to work with, friendly and professional and made us feel reassured and that they had things under control. Would definitely recommend a

8th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)They were very good and dedicated a lot of attention on signing to market the property. After that, I had to chase them up constantly! Moved to another agent as soon as the contract period was over. In 7 weeks there were 2 viewings. With another agent in 4 weeks already 11 viewings. Same price!

12th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I have been with Knights since 2016 and have never had an issue with them, they have found me great tenants and managed my property well with no major issues. I have no complaints and won't be going anywhere for the foreseeable as I am more than happy with the service.

1st Sep 2024 (9 weeks ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

Elena make sure everything in the building is working and arrange necessary services from time to time. Overall the team has done a fantastic work and I highly recommend.
